Mrs. Charlotte Oliver Wallace 86, of the Post Masters Village in Keystone Heights passed away at the Shands at Starke Hospital on Wednesday, November 9, 2011. Mrs. Wallace was born on June 12, 1925 in Pratt, West Virginia to the late Merle and Hazel (Mooney) Oliver, Sr Mrs. Wallace has been a resident of the Post Masters Village since 1991 moving here from Ansted, West Virginia and was also involved with the Lighthouse Global Ministries in Waldo. Prior to her retirement Mrs. Wallace was a Post Master for the United Postal Service in West, Virginia. Survivors are her husband of 68 years, Charles William Wallace, Jr., one daughter; Ann Perry and her husband Ed of Keystone Heights, one son; David Wallace and his wife Debra of Holden, West Virginia, siblings; Merle Oliver, Jr. and Lois Cottrell and her husband Ronald all of Pratt, West Virginia. She also leaves behind her grandsons; David Wallace, Jr. and his wife Tracey, John Paul Morrison and his wife Jenny, Eddie Morrison and his wife Cindy, two step grandsons; Todd Perry and his wife Becky, Eddie Perry, II and his wife Julia, , and six great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Wallace will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2011at 1:00 P.M. in the Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
