SHUM: Mr. Ching Wing Shum, 81, who passed away on March 6, 2025. Mr. Shum was born in Canton, China and was a 39 year resident of Jacksonville, Florida. He was the owner of both China Sea and China Sun Restaurant. Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Get Goy Lam Shum; two daughters, Bonny Marks (Aaron), and Belinda Shum; One son, Barry Shum; 4 grandchildren, Evan Marks, Emma Marks, Elana Harper and Adela Shum.
