Mr. Christopher Allen Chris Crouch age 19, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2010 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Chris was born on November 23, 1990 in Jacksonville. Prior to moving to Melrose in 2005, Chris had lived in Middleburg and loved the outdoors. He is survived by his mother and step-father Sharon (Whittington) and Jerry Tomlinson of Melrose; father: Keith Crouch of Middleburg; siblings: Justin Crouch of Melrose; Rosanna Moutray; Lindsey Crosby; and Joshua Thurston all of Jacksonville; step brothers, Jerry Tomlinson, Jr. of Middleburg, and Shon Tomlinson of Melrose; maternal grandmother: Molly Harrison of Keystone Heights; paternal grandmother: Vernelle Tuck of Huddleston, Virginia; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Memorial services for Mr. Crouch will be held in the Jones-Gallagher funeral home chapel in Keystone Heights at a later date.
