A funeral service for Christopher Douglas Smith, 36 of Jacksonville, FL, will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 11AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216, with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. Christopher was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a life long resident and graduated from Engelwood Highschool. He was an electrician by trade. He is survived by his long time companion, Stephanie Alexis Smith. A son, Bryson Christopher Smith. Parents; Cynthia Jean Smith and Douglas Benjamin Smith. Two brothers Cody Brock and Jason Smith (Dawn). Grandparents; Benjamin and Gloria Smith. He is preceded in death by his brother; Kenneth Smith.
