Mr. Tomczak was born on April 1, 1959 in Lackawanna, New York and was disabled. Survivors are: daughter: Heidi Balicki of Lackawanna, New York; Christopher J. Tomczak of Angola, New York; parents: Myron B. and Lorraine Rechin Tomczak of Orchard Park, New York; sister: Eileen Tighe of Hamburg, New York; six grandchildren.
