Claire Louise Harris

Mrs. Claire Louise Harris age 99, of Keystone Heights passed away Friday, September 1, 2017. She was born on August 30, 1918 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Edward and Minnie Hurni. In 2005, Mrs. Harris moved from Augusta, Georgia to Keystone Heights and became a resident of Park of The Palms where she loved playing fames wither her "Group". She served as a Missionary in Mexico for 52 years and was faithful in her daily devotions and always lifting up families. In her younger years, Mrs. Harris enjoyed sewing and making sweaters for her children. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick "Don" Harris in 2006. Survivors are her four children; Marilyn Diaz and Donald Richard Harris both of Mexico, David Harris of Hawaii and John Harris of Montana. Also left behind are nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. The family will be having a memorial service at a later date.
