Mrs. Clara (Flume) Colson, age 90, a lifelong resident of Bradford County, died Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Keystone Heights.She was born on June 11, 1921 in Starke, the daughter of the late Fred F. and Hurdia (Dover) Flume.Mrs. Colson was the first Homecoming Queen for Bradford County High School. She was a homemaker and was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Starke.She is survived by her two daughters Dianne Moody (Mark) of Lake Butler and Kay Colson Waters (Wilbur) of Starke, seven grandchildren, ten and _ great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She is also survived by her son-in-law S. LaRue Williams of Ormond Beach and her caregivers Candace and Tim Douylliez of Keystone Heights. She was preceeded in death by her husband R. A. Colson and her daughter; Margaret Colson Williams.A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday, January 20, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, Starke with viewing and greeting the family at 2:00 and services starting at 3:00 with Reverend Robert Dennison officiating.
