Clara Louise Bell Watford

Mrs. Clara Louise E. Bell Watford age 89, of Starke passed away Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Windsor Manor. Mrs. Watford was born on March 26, 1927 in Starke to the late Lacy Robert and Lula (Dyal) Edwards and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of Pine Level Baptist Church and retired from the Bradford County School Board where she worked as the cafeteria manager for Starke Elementary. Louise loved church and attending Gospel Sings. She enjoyed cooking, watching TV Land and soap operas. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her childrens father Raymond H. Bell and her 2nd husband Gilmer Watford, her siblings, Earl Edwards, Theadore Edwards, Lacy Edwards, Jr., Guy C. Edwards, Lettie Crawford, Harry A. Edwards, Leo L. Edwards, and Era Browning. Survivors are: children, Gloria Pagington (Frank) of Jacksonville, Nancy Smith of Starke, Billy Ray Bell (Brenda) of Graham, and Randall Bell (Heretha) of Middleburg. Also left behind are twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Pine Level Baptist Church on Monday, December 19, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with funeral services beginning at 2 oclock. Interment will follow at Kingsley Lake Cemetery.
