Clarice Holcomb Otto, 99, of Lake City, FL, passed away on December 23, 2020 in Lake City.A Funeral service will not be held at the request of the deceased. Interment will follow her cremation at Forest Meadows Central in Gainesville. Forest Meadows Funeral Home is handling the funeral arrangements.Claire was born in Appleton, WI to Norval and Cora Holcomb on September 12, 1921. She went to high school at Appleton High School. She worked as an Office Clerk for several years at Kimberly Clark. She was involved in The Miami Boat Club and was a member of Eastern Star in Miami Springs, FL. She enjoyed fishing, making cakes and traveling with her husband.Claire is preceded in death by her Parents, Norval and Cora Holcomb, Husband, Robert E. Otto, Sister, Theda DeVoe, and Brother, Wayne Holcomb.Claire is survived by a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Haven Hospice of Lake City.
