Claudia Humphreys McCorkle Claudia Humphreys McCorkle, 93, passed peacefully from this life on Friday, June 7, 2013. Mrs. McCorkle had worked for First Federal Savings and Loan in Albany, GA. She was an active member of Paxon Church of Christ in Jacksonville, FL and Lee County Church of Christ in Leesburg, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Clarence McCorkle, Jr., and one daughter, Norma Jean Smith of Albany, GA. She is survived by three daughters, Laynette Sizemore of Jacksonville, FL, Deborah McCrary, Donna Tabb and one son, James C. McCorkle, III, of Albany, GA; 9 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services are under the direction of Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Home in Albany, GA where the family will receive friends Tuesday, June 11, at 1PM prior to the funeral service at 2 PM in the chapel.
