Mrs. Claudia Ruth Raysin, 59 of Keystone Heights died at St. Vincents Medical Center in Jacksonville on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Claudia was born in Miami on Nov. 3, 1951 to the late Harry and Ruth Council. She was a homemaker and a member of the Raiford Road Church in MacClenny. Claudia was preceded in death by her husband in 2004, David Raysin. Survivors are her children, Angela Raysin Hatton of Jacksonville, Shawn E. Raysin of Keystone Heights, one sister, Janice Wheeler of Glenn St. Mary and four grandchildren. A memorial service for Mrs. Raysin will be held at a later date.
