Clyde "Chris" D. Seay

Mrs. "Chris" Seay of Hampton passed away at her home, Friday, June 10, 2016. She was born August 6th in Douglas, Georgia to the late Thomas Wilson and Julia (Tibbons) Yarberry. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Seay owned and operated Family Hair Designs in Starke.. She had attended Sampson City Church of God and enjoyed cooking, being with her grandchildren and having family gatherings. Mrs. Seays son Devin Dever had preceded her in death. Survivors are her husband of 32 years, William "Billy" Seay and three children, Thomas Johnson (Carrie) of Balsam Grove, North Carolina, James Johnson (Stephanie) of Starke and Nicole Wilkerson of Orange Park. Also left behind is her brother, Jerry Yarberry of Jacksonville, seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren; her mother in law, Bonnie Seay of Starke and a host of extended family members. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, June 13, 2016, between 6-8 p.m. Funeral services for Mrs. Seay will be11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2016 in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel. Interment will follow at Hope Cemetery.
