Ms. Cynthia C. Allen age 61, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Shands Starke. Cynthia was born on June, 27, 1957 in Starke to the late Robert James and Gertrude (Wilkerson) Haisten. She was a lifelong resident of Bradford County and prior to retirement worked as a welder in a steel plant. Ms. Allen enjoyed sitting outside and watching television. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Doughman. Survivors are: sons, Kevin Eaves and Stephen Allen both of Starke, her brother, Bobby Haisten of Starke and her grandchildren, Hastyn and Haden. Memorial services have not been scheduled. Arrangements are by JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME OF STARKE, 904-964-6200.
