Mrs. Cynthia Marie Hoenshel, 71, died Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at her home in Jacksonville, Florida. Mrs. Hoenshel was born October 22, 1948, in Jacksonville to Marie and Lee Starling. She was a retired Building Manager from Bell South and was a member of Mandarin United Methodist Church.Survivors include two sons, Robert W. (Jennifer) Hoenshel and Stephen L. Hoenshel, both of Jacksonville; two sisters, Pamela Douglas of Monticello, Florida and Sandra Starling of Jacksonville; a brother, Lee Roy Starling, Jr. and two grandsons, Robert C. Hoenshel and Liam E. Hoenshel, all of Jacksonville.Private funeral services will be held at George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, with Dr. Terry N. Collins of Southpoint Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery..
