Mrs. Cynthia "Cindy" Ferreira Lea Runnels age 72 of Middleburg passed away in Starke on Friday, December 31, 2021. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on October 25, 1949, to the late Ray Dean and Katherine (Blalock) Ferreira. Mrs. Runnels was a business creator and owner of Coastal Fencing and enjoyed painting, antique shopping, and traveling.
