Dale Steven Linder, lovingly known as Steven, passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on February 13, 2026. Born on March 9, 1947, in Summerville, South Carolina, he grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. Steven was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Robin Linder, and his parents, Ida Mae and Floyd Linder. He leaves behind his children, Dale Linder (Elizabeth) and Lorelei Figueroa (Juan Carlos), as well as his siblings, Joe Linder (Janice), Kimberly Moltmaker, and Sue Miles (Bob). Steven was a cherished grandfather to Dale Linder DiLalla, Alexa Grace Linder, Eleanor Linder, Jackson Linder, and Taelor Anne Linder.

Steven proudly served in the US Army and was an active member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). His passion for cars was evident throughout his life, as he was a master mechanic and a devoted car enthusiast who built and restored hot rods, rode motorcycles, and worked with a PIT crew in the 24 Hours of Daytona.
