Damiano Manati, age 10, passed away on August 26, 2026, alongside his brothers, Gabriel and Amel, following a tragic house fire.

Born on March 2, 2016, in Albania, Damiano was a bright, loving, and joyful young boy who brought happiness and laughter everywhere he went. He was an excellent student, especially gifted in math, and already had big dreams for his future. Damiano hoped to one day become a doctor and help others.

Damiano loved to dance, act, make videos, and make people smile. He enjoyed TikTok, handheld gaming, swimming, and was a big Taylor Swift fan. He especially loved rainbows and anything colorful. When it came to food, some of his favorite places and treats included CiCi's Pizza, Golden Corral, Pizza Hut, and, of course, pie.

Above all, Damiano loved his family. He was especially close to his mother, Albana, who affectionately called him "Nano." He proudly embraced being a mama's boy and shared a bond with her that was incredibly special.

Damiano's very best friend was also his identical twin brother, Gabriel. From the day they entered this world together, the two were nearly inseparable. They shared their interests, their adventures, their dreams of becoming doctors, and countless everyday moments that made their relationship so special.

Damiano is survived by his loving parents, Gentian and Albana Manati; his brothers, Gerald, age 9, and Bledar, two months old; and many extended family members and friends who loved him deeply.

Damiano will forever be remembered for his intelligence, his humor, his big dreams, and the happiness he brought to those around him. His beautiful smile and joyful spirit will never be forgotten.

A visitation for Damiano and his brothers will be held from 6:30p.m. to 8:30p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2026, at San Jose Catholic Church, 3619 Toledo Rd., Jax. FL 32217.

Burial will take place on Friday. Cemetery and burial details will be published in the coming days as arrangements are finalized.
