Dana Thomas "Tommy" Napier, 67, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on February 4, 2025. He was born on March 2, 1957 to Melroy and Georgie Clark Napier in Wayne, West Virginia.Tommy graduated from Santa Fe High School where he received a high school diploma. He was employed by the State of Florida as an asphalt inspector. He enjoyed hunting, hiking, and being in the outdoors.He was preceded in death by his parents, Melroy and Georgie Napier and his brother, James Arthur Napier.Tommy is survived by his siblings, Alfred Napier, Alta Blankenship, Fannie Brown, Clora Watts, "Junior" Napier, John Paul Napier, and Abbie Napier.
