Daniel Patrick Lubitsky,

Left us on July 5th 2025

Our sweet tender son who loved so deeply and is loved by so many. Your frequent smile lit up the room and warmed our hearts. You were a fierce protector of everyone you knew, and in your compassionate spirit were always rooting for the underdog. You gladly and eagerly shared your childhood to welcome, and put at ease, the many foster children we were blessed to have in our home. Your love for God's creation was evident from the start as you soaked in every sight and sound during our frequent trips to Sea World. You sought out and protected animals and insects and eventually studied zoo technology at the Santa Fe Zoo. Your short career was spent caring for animals at The University of Florida. It has been several days since your spirit left us, but in that short time we have been overwhelmed by the response of so many who loved you and were impacted by you. This experience has shown and taught us how to live out the commands of our savior to Love one another. The words of Galadriel, in your favorite book, Lord of the Rings: "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future" are ringing true.

Survived by his father Patrick, mother Lesa, brother Aaron and sister Ella. The memorial service will take place at Faith Presbyterian Church located at 5916 NW 39th Ave. on Saturday July 19th at 10:00 am.
