A graveside service for David Earl Carter will be held on, Thursday March 30, 2023 at 1PM in the Oaklawn Cemetery, 4801 San Jose Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32207 with Pastor Perry Fruscella officiating. David is survived by his son; David Earl Carter II of Middleburg, FL, and many family members and friends. Following the graveside service; his family is hosting a celebration of his life will take place at the Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, 1830 Epping Forest Drive Jacksonville, FL 32217 between the hours of 2-4PM.
