David King Lantis, age 50, of Green Cove Springs died Thursday, August 02, 2012 at Orange Park Medical Center. He was born December 7, 1961 in Xenia, Ohio. Mr. Lantis served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Lantis.David is survived by his mother, Dorothy Trimble Lantis of Green Cove Springs, 2 daughters, Samantha Thomas and Michelle Lantis both of Wisconsin, a brother, Sonny Lantis of Green Cove Springs, and 2 sisters, Connie Griese of Villa Rica, GA and Shirley Martin of Douglasville, GA.
