David Lary Pierce, Sr., 80, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in St. Vincents Medical Center Southside. He was born January 15, 1940 in East Liverpool, Ohio to Florence and Frank Pierce. Mr. Pierce served in the United States Navy and was a retired Warehouseman from General Motors. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Linda Carol Sauls Pierce; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia (Pete) Dada; a son, David Lary (Stephanie) Pierce, Jr. all of Jacksonville; a sister, Caroline Shelton of Mesa, Arizona and two grandchildren. Arrangements by George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South. Condolences may be left at hewellfuneralhomes.com.
