David W. Southcott age 65 of Starke passed away at the Haven Hospice Custead Care Center in Orange Park on Sunday, December 19, 2021. David was born in Ontario, Canada on January 19, 1956. Mr. Southcott was a man that loved fishing. He will be remembered as a kind loving man who went out of his way to help others.He is survived by his wife of 26 years Dorothy Southcott; daughter, Gena (Buddy) Rainey; son, David W.
