Ms. Debbie Rae Hall age 47, of Melrose passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 unexpectedly. She was born March 12, 1971 in Gainesville where she had lived until two years when she moved to Melrose. Debbie worked hard assisting with installing flooring; she also loved plants, flowers and especially animals which included her pup "Summer". Preceding her in death was her biological father Jimmie Ray Hall; maternal grandmother Ann Nobles and paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hall. Survivors are her parents Alan and Glenda (Nobles) Eldred of Melrose and four siblings Dana (Larry) Sampsell and Delinda (Lyn) Dowling all of Melrose, Deborah (Alice) Eldred-Trout and Michelle (Bobby) Eldred all of Gainesville and seven nieces and nephews. Also left behind is her very devoted and close friend Neal Troup of Waldo along with additional family and friends that will miss her dearly. Visitation for Debbie will begin at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Eliam Baptist Church and the memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Arthur Johnson officiating. There will be a private burial at Eliam Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Debbies name to Eliam Baptist Church, P.O. Box 509, Melrose, FL 32666.
