Mrs. Deborah "Debbie" Thomas Chase age 55 of Keystone Heights passed away Tuesday, January, 28, 2014 at the St. Vincents Medical Center in Middle following an extended illness. Mrs. Chase was born in Jacksonville October 30, 1958 and became a resident of Keystone Heights in 1998. She was a homemaker, of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed camping, fishing, and being with her children. Survivors are her husband of 24 years David H. Chase; three children, Robert Adkinson, Lisa Jones, and Crystal Wilson all of Jacksonville; two sisters, Deloris Lane of Valdosta, Georgia and Diane Jones of Jacksonville and five grandchildren.
