Deborah Kay Skipper, also known as Debbie, peacefully passed away on September 16, 2023, in Orange Park, FL. She was born on July 4, 1955, in Stark, Ohio. Debbie was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Debbie is survived by her children, Jennifer (Lee) Johnson , Matthew (Liz) Skipper, and Katherine McSwain. She was a cherished grandmother to Anna McVey, James Johnson, Jesse Messer, Ryan Skipper, Adelyn Skipper, Robert Skipper, Zackery Skipper, Emily McSwain, and David McSwain. Debbie also had three great-grandchildren, Thomas McVey, Bryan McVey, and Maddison McVey. She was a source of love and support to her brother, Dennis Schell, and her sister, Susan Schell. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Leon Schell, and her mother, Florence Anna Schell. Debbie will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones. May she rest in eternal peace.
