Deborah Ann Winn, 71, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on September 24, 2021. She was born on July 16, 1950 to Anthony and Marie (Mastrone) Costello. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth G. Winn, Jr. She will be inurned at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
