Mrs. Debra Jean Starling Anderson age 53, of Lawtey passed away Monday, April 19, 2010 in Shands at The University of Florida. Mrs. Anderson was born on September 26, 1956 in Starke to Richard Eugene and Mary Lou Wolfe Starling and was a lifelong area resident. Debra was a homemaker and member of Northside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter Heather Anderson and sister Tammy Cowart. Survivors are: her husband of 29 years Phil S. Anderson of Lawtey; children: Joshua Tillman of Baldwin; Tiffany Anderson of Lawtey; her father and his wife Richard and Margay Starling of Jacksonville; brother: Ricky Starling of Jacksonville; grandchildren: Jarrett and Tessa Caulk. The family will receive friends at the JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 from 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL in Starke with Reverend Larry Finley officiating. Interment will follow in Lawtey Cemetery.
