Debra Ann Vallerchamp Debra Ann Vallerchamp, 52 of Jacksonville, FL passed away on January 15, 2014. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 2:30PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Rev. Paul Scott officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Vallerchamp was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, the late Debra Nicole Vallerchamp. Survivors include her loving husband, Vernon C. Vallerchamp; Daughter Carole Vallerchamp; Son, Patrick Vallerchamp (Tiffany); 2 brothers, Michael Pate (Amanda) and Douglas Pate (Crystal); 3 grandchildren, Amber, Carlee and Logan Vallerchamp.
