Mr. Dennis J. Harkins, 70 of Middleburg, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in Jacksonville. Mr. Harkins was born April 7, 1951 in Peekskill, New York to parents Joseph and Julia (Behuniak) Harkins. Dennis enjoyed painting, especially with oil paints and water colors, and could also be found planting plants and gardening in his free time. He was a true "old hippy" at heart and loved Bob Weir from the rock band "Ratdog". His parents preceded him in death. Survivors are his wife, Josephine (Cavo) Rivenburgh, two brothers, one sister, 2 step-daughters, 5 step-grandchildren, and one nephew. There will be no services held at this time.
