Dennis Wayne Hawley, 74, of Gainesville, passed away on 8/6/2021 in Gainesville. Visitation will be held at The Pentecostals of Gainesville on 8/13 at 10 am. Funeral service beginning at 11 am with Pastor J. Toney and Bishop J. Arnold officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Meadows Memorial Park East.Dennie was born in Salem, IL to Calvin and Delores on 12/13/46. He served in the United States Army. He was a self-employed flooring installer in the Gainesville-area for 35 years. He attended The Pentecostals of Gainesville. Dennie is survived by his wife, Carole; daughter, Michelle; son, Scott (Dawn); brothers, Harold(Diane) and Phillip(Janice); grandchildren: Christopher(Cassandra), Kimberly, Steven, Kayla and Alexa; great-grandchildren: Shyanne, Emberly, Mya, and Stella; nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles. Dennie is proceeded in death by his father, Calvin; mother, Delores; brother, Michael; daughter, Jennifer Clift; and great-grandson, Steven Morton.
