Born August 15, 1953, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Jean and Richard Carter, Mrs. Kibler died Monday, January 26, 2015 in a local hospital. She was the Admissions Manager for Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital where she had worked for 37 years. Survivors include her daughter, Rachel Jones of Jacksonville; two sisters, Rebecca (Randy) Keener of Lake Wales, FL and Holley (Kevin) Riley of Cedar Key, FL; a brother, Richard D. Carter, Jr. of Pomona Park, FL; two grandchildren, Kayla Jones and Kenneth Jones; her step-mother, Peggy Carter and her step-brother, Terry Schofield, both of Pomona Park, FL.
