Mrs. Dianne Frances James age 75, of Keystone Heights passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at St. Vincents Riverside Hospital following a brief illness. Dianne was born on August 12, 1945 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Raymond McGuinnes and Ruth (Campbell) Green and was a member of Hope Baptist Church. She retired from University of Florida where she worked finance in the Radiation/Oncology Department and Chemistry Department. She also owned/operated MTS Microfilm for 27 years. She was a member of the Jaycees and loved being a 4-H volunteer/leader for many years. After retirement she worked and enjoyed being a Home Health Care Provider. Dianne enjoyed traveling with her family, shopping, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren as their #1 fan. Survivors are; her husband of 45 years, Charles "Charlie" James of Keystone Heights, daughters, Kimberly Stevens (Tony) of Shalimar, FL, Tammy Osborne Pilto (Erik) of Pensacola, FL, son, Hollis Osborne (Debbie) of Wellsburg, West Virginia. Also left are her grandchildren, Bryson Stevens, Natalie Stevens, Noah Stevens, Ella Stevens, Sally Stevens, Annelise Stevens, Christopher Castillo, Steven Castillo, Mandy Jones, Cody Osborne, Jessica Osborne, great grandchildren, Brayden, Carsen, Sadie, and Rowan. A combined Celebration of Life service for Charles James and Dianne James will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Hope Baptist Church at 11:00 with Pastor Joey Hay officiating.
