Mrs. Donna Marie Waites 71, of Keystone Heights passed away following an extended illness on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the Bradford Terrace Nursing home in Starke. She was born on Dec. 19, 1939 in Waycross, GA to the late Wilbur Ellis and Flora (Sears) Cunningham. Prior to her retirement she was a Social Services Director. She had previously been employed by the Bradford ARC, Belotes Drug Store, and was the Secretary for the Keystone Community Church. Mrs. Waites had been a longtime member of the Keystone Community Church and had also attended the Fresh Start Fellowship Church. She was very involved in her community and loved being active with her church and family. Survivors are her husband of 42 years, Ron Waites; children, Deborah Hall, Carol Still, Cynthia Ridaught all of Keystone Heights, Rhonda Greene of Jacksonville, Bo Waites of New Smyrna, and Lisa Umstattd of St. Augustine. She is also survived by her siblings, Julia Ann Hulett of GA, Richard Cunningham, Linda Algna both of Jacksonville Beach, C. J. Streitler of Orlando, 13 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Viewing will be on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 beginning at 12 Noon in the Keystone Community Church. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Keystone Community Church with Pastor Rob Morford and Pastor Steve Conner officiating. Burial will follow at the Keystone Heights Cemetery.
