Mrs. Donnie Mae Green Yarborough age 86, of Starke passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Suwannee Valley Hospice Care Center in Lake City. Mrs. Yarborough was born on October 29, 1925 in Bradford County to the late Willie and Narcis (Thomas) Green and was a lifelong area resident. Donnie was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Glen St. Mary. She was preceded in death by her husbands William C. Laine and Odis Yarborough. Survivors are: Daughters: Joy Tetstone (Keith) of Starke; Barbara McLeod (Eddie) of Jasper; step-children: June Walker of Macclenny; Faye Combs of Atmore, AL; Juanita Spurgeon of Melrose; Gloria Mott of Clinton Township, MI; Bobby Yarborough of Glen St. Mary; grandchildren: Aaron Tetstone (Kaci) of Lake Butler, Merideth Fitzpatrick (Joey) of Orlando, and Alana Barnett (Andrew) of Mt. Juliet, TN; four great grandchildren; Abby, Ally, Adam, and Brady and many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. The family will receive friends in the DEWITT C. JONES CHAPEL, 620 E. Nona Street in Starke on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM with funeral services beginning at 3 oclock. Interment will follow in Dyal Cemetery with Elder Lynwood Davis officiating.
