Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Joan Helton, 86, will be held at 11:00a.m. Thursday in Englewood Christian Church, with Pastor Wayne Helton officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Born April 9, 1932 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to Verna and Harry Sullivan, Mrs. Helton died April 29, 2018 in Orange Park, Florida. She was a retired medical assistant and a member of Englewood Christian Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Copal Helton, Sr. and two sons, Keith Edward Helton and Clarence Copal "Buddy" Helton, Jr. Survivors include three daughters, Vonnie Jean (William) Helton Salisbury, Valarie Joanne (Larry) Helton Hudson and Lori Ann (Daniel) Helton Quinn all of Jacksonville; three sons, Wayne Earl (Laura ) Helton and Clarence Clinton (Joni) Helton both of MacClenny, FL and Kenneth Frank (Karen) Helton of Jacksonville; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H.
