Doris Perkins Loadholtz Memorial service for Doris Perkins Loadholtz, 92, will be held at 11AM on October 15, 2011 at the Taylor Home; 3937 Spring Park Road Jacksonville, FL with Chaplain Harold Smith officiating. Mrs. Loadholtz died peacefully on October 8, 2011. She was a member of First Christian Church of Jax. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Loula Perkins, Sr. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Mr. William E. Loadholtz and her brother Bill Perkins. She is survived by; her daughter Shirley S. Miller and grandchildren; Suzanne (Skip) Sprinkle, Ted (Cindy) Sprinkle and Geoffrey Sprinkle; and great grandchildren; Juliette and Harrison Sprinkle; Five nieces: Janet Barnes, Sharon (Dino) Ephrem, Jean and Mitzi Monday and Lindsay Perkins; seven nephews: Fred Perkins (Terry), Zach Perkins, Tracy Ephrem (Kaleb), Wayne Monday (Sophia), Jonathan, James and Jacob and a sister-in-law Clara Perkins. Mrs. Loadholtz was a graduate of St. Lukes Nursing School. She was an Army officer during WWII. She retired from Alton Boxboard Company as a nurse. She volunteered at Baptist Hospital.
