Doris S. Spaulding Funeral services for Doris S. Spaulding, 80, who passed away on October 12, 2013, will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32218, with Rev. David Whipple officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Spaulding was a native of Sanderson, Florida, residing in Jacksonville since the age of 14. She was a School Teacher for Duval County Public School retiring after 31 years. She was an active faithful member of the North Jacksonville Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 62.5 years, Henry W. Spaulding; 1 son, Henry W. Spaulding II, (Sharon); 2 daughters, Robyn Woods (David), and Terry Spaulding (William Price); 6 grandchildren, Rande Gross (Kyle), Jayme Woods, Kayce Woods, Shelly OConnor (Matthew), Megan Burdin (Kyle), and Henry W.
