Eric Reynolds officiating. Mrs. Smith was born in Jacksonville, Florida and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her loving husband, Jerry D. Smith; 2 daughters, Michelle Bates (John), and Stephanie Angel (Lonnie); 2 sons, Dallas Hammonds Jr., (Jessica), and Johnny Angel Jr.; 2 sisters, Mary Terrell and Naomi Terrell; 1 brother, Paul Moore; 11 grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dunwoody, Johnny Angel III, Juliana Angel, Destiny Hammonds and Dallas Hammonds III; 2 great-grandchildren.
