Mrs. Dorothy C. Davis, 79, of Keystone Heights passed away on May 2, 2012 at the Shands UF Hospital. Mrs. Davis was born on September 12, 1932 in Monticello to the late Gray and Jewel (Edwards) Carrin and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, reading, and playing on the computer. Preceded her in death were her husband; Allen Franklin Davis, Sr., children; Kenny Erwin, Susie Busby, Patsy Daniel, and Franky Davis. Survivors are her children and their spouses; Sandy G. Still of Keystone Heights, Cathy Brown of Jacksonville, Ralph Blume of Glenn St. Mary, Tommy Erwin, and Johnny Erwin of Jacksonville, Ricky Erwin of California, Sharon Ludlow of Pennsylvania, and Johnny Davis of Lee.. Also surviving is her brother; David Carrin of Jacksonville, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Davis will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at 4:00 P.M. in the JONES-GALLAGHER Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Conner officiating.
