Dorothy Jean Camp Fedak

Mrs. Dorothy Jean "Dot" Camp Fedak, age 86, of Starke passed away at her home Monday, May 23, 2016. She was born in Cottonwood, Alabama on August 13, 1929 to the late Joseph Eugene and Ruth Irene (Miller) Camp. Mrs. Fedak moved to Starke in 1975 from New Jersey and was a homemaker. She attended Grace United Methodist Church in Lawtey and was a life member of DAV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Fedak and three siblings, Bill Camp, Paul Camp and Mary Nell Mozingo. Her survivors are her two sons, Mike Sofka of Apopka and Bill Sofka of Rock Hill, South Carolina; one brother, Frank Camp of Lawtey and one sister, Lillian Pearson of Starke. Also left behind are seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 27, 2016 in the DeWitt C. Jones Chapel with Pastor Gary Rowell officiating. The family will begin receiving friends at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Crosby Lake Cemetery.
