Mrs. Dorothy Price McMurrayMrs. Dorothy Price McMurray age 97, of Starke passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012 at her residence. Mrs. McMurray was born on November 16, 1914 in Spencer, West Virginia to the late John W. and Estea (Shafer) Price and was a longtime area resident.Dorothy was a retired Real Estate Agent, member of Northside Baptist Church, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Wetzel Chapter #27 in Spencer, West Virginia. She enjoyed writing poems and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Chester McMurray and her brother Earl Price. Survivors are her friends and caregivers Shirley Carter and Linda Leonard both of Starke. Funeral services for Mrs. McMurray will be held in Ravenswood, West Virginia.
