Edith Hathaway

Mrs. Edith Hathaway, age 97, of Keystone Heights passed away Friday, January 12, 2018 in Tennessee. She was born in Mechanicville, New York on April 15, 1920 to the late Joseph and Carolina (Castaldo) Laurenzo. Prior to her retirement, she had been a supervisor for Willey Manor Assisted Living Facility at the Park of Palms in Keystone Heights. She was a member of Park of the Palms Church. Mrs. Hathaway was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Hathaway, one brother and two sisters. Her survivors are three children; Anne Vitale of Cloverdale, Virginia, Ruth Tashjian of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee and Frank E. Vitale of Canaan, New Hampshire. Also left behind is a brother, Abraham Laurenzo of New York; five sisters, Connie Carota, Marian Laurenzo, Mary Capuano and Elsie Palmer all of New York and Helen Marinello of Clearwater. Also left behind are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of JONES-GALLAGHER FUNERAL HOME, 340 E.
