Edna Foster

Ms. Edna O'Meara Foster, 94, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015. Ms. Foster was born February 16, 1921 in Susquehanna, PA to the late Patrick J. and Margaret M. (Conway) O'Meara. She was a senior companion for Clay County Council of Aging and a longtime resident of Green Cove Springs. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, the Moose Lodge of St. Augustine, the VFW Post 1988 of Green Cove, and the Elks Lodge of Green Cove. Her sons Thomas Sutton and Charles Sutton and great grandson Mikey Edmonds preceded her in death. Survivors are her daughter, Sandra Warren of Green Cove Springs, 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Helm-Gallagher Funeral Home with Father Donal Sullivan officiating.
