Funeral services for Edna Holland Rowan, 93 of Jacksonville, FL will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 10AM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South Jacksonville, FL 32216 with Dr. Terry N. Collins officiating. A private family burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery. Edna was born on October 6, 1929 in Baxley, Georgia. Mrs. Rowan passed away on June 14, 2023 in Jacksonville, FL. She was a member of Southpoint Baptist Church, retired from G.E. Supply and spent the rest of her years as a homemaker and mother. She is preceded in death by Wilbur Rowan. Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Donna R. (Scott) Perry of Jacksonville, FL; her niece Ms. Jane Lecas (Steve Richardson) both of Jacksonville, FL and her sister-in-law Mrs. Martha Holland of St. Marys, Georgia. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday between the hours of 6-8PM.
