Funeral services for Edward David Dortch, Jr., 45, will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday October 29th, from the graveside, in Greenlawn Cemetery, with Dr. Robert L. Morris officiating.Born February 26, 1975 in Miami, Florida to Deborah and Edward Dortch, Sr., Edward died Monday, October 19, 2020 in Jacksonville. He was a Service Manager for Waterlink Irrigation and Landscape. Mr. Dortch was an Eagle Scout, an avid golfer and surfer.Survivors include two brothers, Daniel Edward (Meredith) Dortch of Live Oak, Florida and Robert Wilson "R.J." (Lindsay) Aenchbacher, Jr. of Jacksonville; his step-father, Robert Wilson (Debra) Aenchbacher, Sr. of Jacksonville; a step-brother, Jacob Fisher of Delray Beach, Florida; three nieces and a nephew, Samantha, Isabella, Emma and Maddix.Funeral arrangements are under the direction of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South where the family will receive friends from 4:00p.m. until 7:00p.m. on Wednesday, October 28th.
