Born May 8, 1927 in Jacksonville, FL, Mr. McCormack died Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014 in Jacksonville. Mr. McCormack served in the U. S. Navy during World War II; was a Mason; a member of the Scottish Rite Bodies; and a retired Water/Waste Water Operator. Survivors include a son, James E.
