Mrs. Effie Sue Pilcher age 96 of Keystone Heights passed away at her home Thursday, April 2, 2020. She was born in Menlo, Georgia on February 25, 1924, to Dave and Della Deering. Mrs. Pilcher was a retired LPN and had a passion for taking care of others. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband George Washington Wofford, a granddaughter Tammy Olive, a sister Martha Sue Wofford and several siblings. Left behind are her daughter Gloria Sumner of Keystone Heights; a grandson and several great grandchildren. Also left behind are numerous extended family members and friends.
