Elaine Hinton Elaine Hinton of Jacksonville, FL went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2013. The loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother was 90 years old. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013 at 2PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South, Jacksonville, FL 32216, with Father Michael J. Larkin officiating, burial will follow at the H. Warren Smith Cemetery Jacksonville Beach, FL. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Hinton was predeceased by her husband, Luther T. Hinton, in 1989. She is survived by her three sons; John A. Draper (and wife, Celine) of Covington, GA.; Leonard C. Draper (and wife, Barbara) of Cedartown, GA and Stephen W.
