Eleanore Marie Todd of Gainesville passed away on March 31, 2014 five days before she would have turned 79.She was born in Sayre, PA on April 5, 1935. She was the last living of her sisters, Jeanne Barrett and Roberta Bartholomew.After graduating high school, she moved to Ft Walton Beach, Fl where she worked as a civilian at Eglin Air Force Base. She met her husband, Marc Todd and they married at St. Patrick Catholic Church on July 4, 1965. They moved to Gainesville to continue their education where they both graduated from the University of Florida. They both enjoyed professional bowling until they became parents in 1967 and 1970.She volunteered in cub scouts, girl scouts, and taught First Communion classes for over 30 years. She also volunteered her time at St. Patricks Church. She was a member of the UF Alumni Assn. In June of 1991, she earned her Master's Degree in Accounting at the age of 55.These were just a few of her many accomplishments over her lifetime.She and her husband owned the business Computing Services, Inc. since 1973. After her husband passed away in 1997, she and her daughter began Gator Payroll Services where she worked every day until she died.Mrs. Todd is survived by three children, Ivan Todd, Lea Todaro and Charles Todd and four grandchildren, Cameron Snipes, Rae Ann Belliveau, Maxine Belliveau and Marcus Todd.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with a visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
